III. Radio Show Host – The Lowwdown with The Legal Diva
Ms. Nesci received her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in Storrs. She moved to California where she began her legal career as a Los Angeles Police Officer in 1996. While in the Police Academy, she was voted the class Vice President and excelled in learning the law. As a street cop, she worked Southwest District. Out of the many hair-raising memories she has from being a cop, her most memorable moment as a cop was her involvement in the North Hollywood shoot out, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Hollywood_shootout. Her partner and she were assigned the tasks of guarding the money that was almost stolen, assisting F.B.I. agents and releasing the hostages from the bank.
In 1998, Ms. Nesci left the L.A.P.D. for law school. She attended Quinnipiac University School of Law, http://law.quinnipiac.edu/. During law school, Ms. Nesci worked for The Law Offices of Brian J. Woolf, in East Hartford, Connecticut,

After graduating law school, Ms. Nesci passed the Connecticut State Bar and stayed on with Spinella & Associates where she expanded the firm’s practice to include entertainment law, a division that Nesci headed. Ms. Nesci was popular in Meriden, the city in which she was born and raised. While in Meriden, she handled workers’ compensation cases, personal injury cases, family law cases, criminal cases, civil disputes, entertainment law matters and landlord-tenant disputes. In 2004, The Legal Diva returned to California and opened up shop under her own brand. Nesci will still on occasion represent clients from her home State of Connecticut. Nesci has always been an athlete and involved in sports. She played on basketball teams, softball teams, soccer teams and was even the captain of a cheerleading squad. During her university years, she began weight-training and fell in love with it. A mere 6 months into it, she entered a State physique contest and placed second. This unexpected win motivated her to continue training and competing. Her favorite and most memorable fitness accomplishment is her second place win at the 1999 California Fitness Championships held at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center in Redondo Beach, California.
Nesci’s fitness state and regional success enabled her to compete at the national level. Nesci still weight trains; however she prefers practicing yoga, running, biking, hiking and isometric training.
RADIO SHOW HOST – THE LOWDOWN WITH THE LEGAL DIVA:
In the latter part of December 2008, Nesci was offered to host her own radio show on the local California radio station, KCAA 1050 AM. After 4 months of producing and hosting the show, “The Lowwdown with The Legal Diva,” Nesci’s show got picked up for syndication and can be heard in California, Texas, Tennessee, and Utah or on the web at www.libertynewsradio.com. Nesci’s goal for the show is to expose and to discuss the news that mainstream media will not. Nesci is an animal activist who believes that animal life is just as precious as human life, and in some cases, the animals are better than a lot of the humans Nesci knows or knows about. She vehemently opposes fur farms where factory workers beat, torture and skin animals alive for their furs. In China, the cruelty to animals that are bred to die is beyond belief and disgraceful.
